Shipping Information
We try to keep shipping costs minimum. Unlike many other companies, we do not make profits from shipping costs. FedEx International Priority shipping availble within the European union.

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt. It is especially important that you include a name and a complete shipping address as well as a phone number where the item(s) is being shipped.

International customers
Please remember that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages sometimes do get lost in the mail, and we have no way to track your order down, unless it was shipped through FedEx International Priority.

Sometimes "lost" packages are held by Customs. If you haven't received your package within ten business days, please contact us, and we will send you the package label number, which you can use to inquire about your package at your local Customs office.
Package tracking numbers are not provided by us within ten business days of shipping, unless it was shipped through FedEx. 

Tax outside European Union
YOU the buyer are responsible for any import duties & taxes to be paid upon import in your country.
