Fastchip products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you have a problem with one of our products, contact us and we will arange to repair or replace the item.

OR IS DAMAGED BY ABUSE, UNREASONABLE USE, OR BY OTHER CAUSES UNRELATED TO DEFECTIVE MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP.
We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however we can make a mistake and send you an item you did not order. In this case, return it and we will credit you for the full value of the item PLUS outbound shipping AND return shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original package with all documentation in order for proper credit.
If you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason within 14 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Any item may be returned unused for any reason within 14 days as long as it’s in its original packaging. If the product is defective upon arrival, return it to us along with the original packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.
Credit for items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier. We will assist you, if possible, to rectify the situation.
