We try to answer to all e-mails within 48 hours (except during holidays).

However, if you haven't received an answer within this time, please check the following:

 

  • Is my question already answered in the product manual?
  • Is my question already answered in the Help?
  • Is my E-mail readable and understandable for us?
  • Has my e-mail all the relevant info & attachments required to answer the question? like Car Type, Calibration Type, Fault Code DFxxx, Windows version etc.

 

There is no such thing as too much info.
