Shipping Information
For shipments within the European Union we offer a choice of either PostNL (formerly known as TNT Post) or FedEx International Priority shipping. Worldwide shipments (outside EU) are shipped via PostNL . Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt. It is especially important that you include a name and a complete shipping address as well as a phone number where the item(s) is being shipped.

- European Union: FedEx International Priority EU Zone 1 < 5 kg € 75,00
- Worldwide: PostNL International Priority (registered) < 5 kg € 27,75

International customers
Sometimes "lost" packages are held by Customs. If you haven't received your package within ten business days, you can use the tracking number to inquire about your package at your local customs office. (please contact us if you haven't received your tracking number). Credit for items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier. We will assist you, if possible, to rectify the situation
Tax outside European Union
YOU the buyer are responsible for any import duties & taxes to be paid upon import in your country.
